System Fala
System Fala is the official application of the FALA System, currently offering limited functionality and tickets for the Gdańsk area. Primarily catering to Gdańsk residents and travelers within the city, the app will soon expand to include tariffs from other cities within the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Users of the Fala app can currently:
- Create a FALA system account;
- Personalize their FALA account;
- Access public transportation schedules;
- Purchase single ride tickets;
- Buy monthly/semester passes;
- Top up and check their FALA account balance.
In the future, the app aims to automatically calculate passenger fares during settlement periods. By opting for a "dynamic journey," passengers will be required to start their journey dynamically by using their smartphones. The overarching goal of the FALA project is to simplify the travel experience for passengers by automating fare calculations and ticket selection based on individual discounts and optimal pricing combinations.
